he is 9 weeks old and i took him a quick bath. then i dried him with a towel and blew dried him with a dryer (on low) but hes wrapped up in a warm blanket and trembling alot. is that normal??

Yea, he is scared from the water, and still cold.
Just like you get cold after you get out of the shower.
